C2Bids is a business unit of SHEPARD’S Government Contracts Management Services, Inc.
Founded in 2003, the company has earned its stellar reputation by helping clients win government contracts, interpreting and responding in a timely manner to solicitation requirements.

What We Do
C2Bids prepares bids and proposals in response to government solicitations, Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Requests for Professional Business (RFPBs).
